BSAKustoms Refund & Return Policy

Because every item is custom-made to order, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for buyer's remorse or incorrect size selections — please double-check your order details before purchasing.

Damaged or Defective Items: If your item arrives damaged or with a production defect, please contact us within  2 days of delivery with a photo of the issue. We'll make it right with a replacement or refund.

Cancellations: Orders may be cancelled within 24 hoursof purchase. After that, production has likely begun and we cannot cancel.
