All items at BSA Kustoms are custom-made to order. Please review our shipping and pickup information before placing your order.

Please allow 7–10 business days for your custom order to be made and prepared. Processing times may vary during holidays, sales, and periods of high order volume.

Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your order and shipping details. Your shipping cost will be displayed before you complete your purchase.

Delivery Time

Once your order has shipped, delivery times depend on the shipping carrier and your location. Please allow additional time for the carrier to deliver your package.

Local Pickup

Local pickup is available for customers who select the local pickup option at checkout. Please allow 5–7 business days for your custom order to be completed and ready for pickup. You will be contacted when your order is ready, along with instructions for arranging pickup.

Tracking Information

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number by email. Please allow time for tracking information to update.
